KPG transformed the site into a modern shopping and entertainment centre with a mix of local and international tenants. The shopping centre has about 249 stores across various categories such as fashion, food, health, beauty, home, gift, sport, technology, and service. Some of the major tenants include: H&M, Zara, Cotton On, KmartPak’nSave and more. The shopping centre has a variety of dining options for different tastes and budgets. The shopping centre is open seven days a week, Monday to Wednesday and Frida: 9.00am to 7.00pm, Thursday to Friday: 9.00am to 9.00pm, Saturday to Sunday: 9.00am to 7.00pm. The shopping centre has ample customer parking available for free. There are about 5000 car parks on site, including accessible parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle parking racks. The parking area is well-lit and monitored by CCTV cameras.
The shopping centre is well serviced by public transport, with bus services to and from a bus stop at the shopping centre. The bus stop is located on Mount Wellington Highway, near the entrance to the shopping centre. The shopping centre is also accessible by train, with a train station located next to the shopping centre. The train station is part of the Eastern Line, which connects Britomart Transport Centre in Auckland CBD with Manukau Station in South Auckland.
