Mount Wellington Shopping Centre is a shopping mall located in Mount Wellington, a suburb of Auckland, New Zealand - established in 1976 as one of the first shopping malls in Auckland. The shopping centre underwent a major redevelopment in 2012, which added new stores, improved the layout and enhanced the appearance of the mall. Mount Wellington Shopping Centre is situated on the corner of Mount Wellington Highway and Penrose Road, about 12 km from the city centre. The shopping centre is owned and managed by Stride Property Group, a New Zealand-based property investment and management company. The shopping centre has 18 stores offering a variety of products and services, including fashion, food, health and beauty, home and gift, hardware, and supermarket.
