Milford Shopping Centre is a premium shopping destination on the North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand. It offers a range of fashion, health and beauty, homewares, dining and entertainment options for its customers. Milford Shopping Centre is located at 24 Milford Road, Milford, Auckland 0620. It is situated on the northern side of Lake Pupuke, near the popular Milford Beach and Marina. The shopping centre opened in the early 1990s and was sold to New Zealand Retail Property Group (NZRPG) in 2006. NZRPG redeveloped the shopping centre as a boutique fashion destination, aiming to create an alternative to central-city shopping areas like Newmarket and Ponsonby. In 2017, NZRPG announced a $180 million development plan for the shopping centre, which includes adding an extra 2000 square metres of retail space and 115 luxury apartments in a residential block. The shopping centre is owned and managed by New Zealand Retail Property Group (NZRPG), which is one of the largest privately owned property companies in New Zealand. The shopping centre has 51 retailers, including The Warehouse and a Countdown supermarket. It has a strong focus on fashion, with brands such as Blue Illusion, Bras N Things, Coco and Belle, Decjuba, ECCO Shoes, Ella + Eli, Flo & Frankie, Identity, Marlow, Max, Merchant 1948, Mi Piaci, Mischief Shoes, Moochi, Papinelle, Repertoire, Sportscraft and Sportscraft Man. It also has a variety of health and beauty services. The shopping centre also has a range of dining options for different tastes and occasions.
