Westfield Albany is a shopping centre located on Don McKinnon Drive in the suburb of Albany, in the northern Auckland region of New Zealand. It is one of the city’s newest and largest retail destinations and currently serves a trade area population of 1.1 million residents. Westfield Albany was opened in 2007 as the first greenfield development by Westfield Group in New Zealand. The centre was built on a former farmland site opposite the Albany Lakes Civic Park. The centre included branches of Farmers, Kmart, The Warehouse, Countdown, Event Cinemas and more than 141 specialty shops. The centre was expanded in 2010, adding a new food court, a new Farmers store and more car parks. In 2014, the centre sold a 49% stake to GIC, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore. In 2019, the centre added a new dining precinct with several restaurants and cafes.

Westfield Albany is owned by Scentre Group and GIC. Scentre Group is the owner and operator of Westfield shopping centres in Australia and New Zealand. Scentre Group was formed in 2014 when Westfield Group split its business into two entities: Scentre Group for its Australasian operations and Westfield Corporation for its international operations. Westfield Albany has today 141 stores, including major brands such as Farmers, Kmart, The Warehouse, Countdown, Event Cinemas and more. The centre offers a range of products and services, from fashion and beauty to homeware and entertainment. Westfield Albany also has over 20 dining options, such as The Bavarian, Gong Cha, Tank Juice Bar and more. The centre has a food court with seating for up to 650 people, as well as a dining precinct with several restaurants and cafes around the centre. Westfield Albany is open seven days a week, from 9am to 6pm on Monday to Wednesday and Saturday, from 9am to 9pm on Thursday and Friday and from 10am to 5:30pm on Sunday. Westfield Albany is the second largest Westfield shopping centre in New Zealand by lettable area, with over 70,000 square metres of retail space. Westfield Albany has over 2600 car parks available for customers. The car park is accessible from Don McKinnon Drive or Civic Crescent. There are also disabled parking spaces near the main entrances of the centre. Westfield members can receive free parking for up to four hours when they see a movie at Event Cinemas or spend $50 or more.
