Commercial Bay is a retail and hospitality precinct in Auckland City, New Zealand. It is located on the waterfront at 7 Queen Street, across from Britomart Train Station and between Lower Albert Street and Quay Street. It is named after the original Commercial Bay, a natural bay on the southern side of the Waitematā Harbour that defined the extent of the Auckland waterfront until it was reclaimed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The precinct was developed by Precinct Properties as part of a $1 billion project that also included a 39-storey office tower called PwC Tower. Commercial Bay is owned by Precinct Properties, a listed property company that specialises in premium office and mixed-use properties in Auckland and Wellington.

Commercial Bay has 100 retail stores that offer fashion, beauty, lifestyle and specialty products. Some of the major stores include COS, H&M, Kate Spade, lululemon, Maje, Sandro, Scotch and Soda, Superette, Tommy Hilfiger and Yu Mei. There are also over 40 dining options available at Commercial Bay, ranging from casual cafes and eateries to sophisticated restaurants and bars. Parking is easy at Commercial Bay as there are plenty of car parking spaces available for shoppers and visitors. The car park can be accessed from Lower Albert Street or Customs Street West. The parking rates are $4 per hour for the first two hours and $8 per hour thereafter. There is also a flat rate of $15 for evenings (after 5pm) and weekends.
