Zone Franklin is a shopping centre located in Pukekohe, a town in the Franklin district of Auckland, New Zealand. It is situated on Manukau Road, near the intersection with Stadium Drive. It has a total retail area of about 10,000 square metres and over 36 stores.

The shopping centre was opened in 2010 as part of a development project by The Warehouse Group, a retail company that owns several brands such as The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming and Torpedo. The project involved the construction of a new Warehouse store and a Warehouse Stationery store, as well as the relocation of an existing Noel Leeming store and a Torpedo store. The project also included the creation of a new retail precinct called Zone Franklin, which features other retailers such as Briscoes, Rebel Sport, Bed Bath & Beyond and Supercheap Auto. Zone Franklin is currently owned by Stride Property Group, a real estate investment trust that owns and manages commercial properties across New Zealand.
